Moments ago, Bioware sent out a mass email to gamers who may have previously played their classic RPG Neverwinter Nights and may be affected by this latest security breach. I recently dusted off my Mass Effect 2 disk and suited up once again with Commander Shepard, this time to pick up the latest and final downloadable content (DLC) called Arrival, which sets the stage for the third Mass Effect game. Spike TV had its annual Video Game Awards this past Saturday, and there were some pretty large announcements. Multiple triple A franchise sequels were revealed. Bethesda Software announced that the newest entry in the Elder Scrolls series, titled Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, would be launching on November 11th of next year. Sony also revealed that the next installment of the Resistance FPS series is on the way. It is currently slotted for a Summer release and is scheduled to hit shelves on September 6th.
