We Live!

As you may have noticed, Guerrilla Geek has been idle for most of 2012. Life happened to us and we couldn’t keep up with the punishing schedule we’d set for ourselves, so we folded. However, the time has come (the walrus said) to speak of many things, and we’re launching Guerrilla Geek 2.0.

The most obvious change you will see is the format. Gone is the magazine-style that once you knew; we’re now presenting ourselves as a collection of geek-related blogs run by the various authors themselves. In the “Our Blogs” section in the right-hand sidebar, you can see the site’s blogs listed — “The Archives” are the posts from the Guerrilla Geek that was.

Gone too is the regular schedule of publishing posts. Each blog will publish when they so choose, adding a level of unpredictability, putting the “guerrilla” back into Guerrilla Geek.

Our goal is still to provide our readers with quality, timely content that covers a spectrum of topics across the indie and geek subcultures. We hope this new format will enable us to meet this goal by giving our writers the added flexibility they need to deliver you a wider range of content.

As usual, we welcome constructive feedback, and the site will keep evolving while we iron out the kinks in the new format.

Welcome back and we hope you enjoy Guerrilla Geek 2.0!
