Designer Toys Invade SDCC!
Many people don’t realize that at most comic book conventions, there is also a large offering of designer toys! The plethora of exclusive convention released pieces is always mind blowing and this year’s SDCC is promising to keep with the tradition. Jon Paul Kaiser is having a bumper year so far with his Toy2R releases, and at this years SDCC they will be showing off his first mate Nathaniel Vigo 5” MiniQee and Olaf the Mute 8” Qee figures, both from the “Tales of the Whispering Corsair” line of figures. They will be on display at Toy2R’s Booth #601 at SDCC, so if you there, make sure you pop around and say “hello” or even “Arrrrrgh” to them.VISEone keeps the hits coming with his latest Comic Stripped Custom, a 7″ Munny “Captain America”. Made for two different collectors these customs are unique because of the collage technique used and also VISE applied the collage to these pieces matching the Captain America suit colours, looks great ! There is also the addition of the Captains shield to be completed once VISE has recovered from a bout of sickness he is currently experiencing.
